June and July events are finished, but many celebrations, openings, exhibits and picnics continue through the summer in Trinidad. It’s a pleasant stop just off I-25 going south. Try the Riverwalk for a short refreshing stop, or drop into the History Museum and Mitchell Museum of Western Art on Main St. Believe me, it is a busy small town, and you can always justify ice cream for a stop!

Four programs have been given to date to children’s and women’s groups on reading, creative writing and history. Programs are designed to meet special interests connected with these subjects.
Patricia Ann Reid, has written and performed stories and songs for children, as well as published letters, book reviews, poetry and professional reports.
